Maybe the last words before I get my computer

Yesterday, is my third time to order a Thinkpad laptop. There should be no reason failing again this time.

I was wondering how can I could bear such a long time without PC...

Now, say something about the life of my first TA week. This Wednesday, it's my first time to be a lab teaching assistant, and I came half a hour earlier to my lab preparing for the next short lecture. The American undergraduate students had a great many questions for me, 'cause some of them had not done any chemistry experiment before. Also, I forgot to tell them some trivial things to notice such that I had to tell them one by one...

Twice TA a week is not an easy job for me and probably for everyone else, but I believe I can handle it. After all, 拿人钱财与人消灾.

    Voice from Providence

I have been America for a month. Although I have not put any words online, I miss everyone a lot.

All USTC 0403 fellows and High school classmates and all my teachers are included in the list. Of course, my family, too.

Here at Providence, I have no COMPUTER, and that becomes the biggest inconvenience  I am  facing now. However, thank God, I have ordered a laptop online, and the next exciting thing will be receiving the computer and input the Chinese characters.

Sometimes, you can be very free to be yourself; sometimes, you have to obey thousands of laws and rules especially under an academic circumstance. In less than a week, I will be a TA and run a lab for twice a week. I don't know how and what it is going to be, but I wish it will be a valuable experience of my lifetime.

There are many kind new friends here, most of them are Chinese, 'cause more than a half of Graduate students are Chinese. They are very nice to me and always give useful advices on various things. God bless everyone, if there is a God.

    Thank youLight bulb
